Description: The story of a love relationship artist Cole and mannequins Billy. While in deep creative crisis Cole suffers himself and turns into a living hell the life of his girlfriend. Billy also stoically endures all things because he loves Cole and create their art.
This film is an exceptional erotic romp; delicate and engaging take a look at stress and despair with scattered moments of exhilarating launch and a vibrant orgasm. Unlike comparable films which undoubtedly inspired this mainly unknown Canadian-only release (ie. 9 1/2 Weeks, Wild Orchid, Erotica), this movie concentrates on two characters, an ailing musician (Shellen) along with his tempestuous girlfriend (Wurher/Salin), as they wander through intimate tension and bursts of self (and "other") breakthrough as they try to discover balance in themselves, their particular relationship and in the art which the musician produces. It's a traditional "suffering musician" cliche' which is early on tossed out the screen to be changed by a crazy splattering of lovemaking and love-creating. This film is enjoyable and sensual. It is a superb partners movie, if erotica will be your glass of tea, and it's really not also severe. A few of the dialogue is instead funny, and the film's only weaknesses are in the sophomoric delivery by Shellen and top woman neophyte Wuhrer/Salin. But all of that is forgivable because within the long run this movie is simply a heck of a lot of fun.
